The Ravens have rehired former Cleveland Browns general manager George Kokinis, who worked in Baltimore's front office for 13 years. The team announced Tuesday that Kokinis will serve as a senior personnel assistant. General manager Ozzie Newsome says Kokinis will help evaluate college and pro players.
